House Rules
- No Smoking!
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property. Smoking is only allowed on the terrace and balcony.
Should smoking be found within the accommodation a penalty of 1000EGP will be deducted from the security deposit.
- No Subletting!
You may not sublet the Accommodation without prior consent.
- Property Care
If you find that something is not working properly, you must report it immediately.
The property will be inspected upon check out. Should we find any damage or missing items that have not been reported
, the property management reserves the right to charge the guest for the loss or damage.
- No Parties!
Each property is in an area shared with other residents, so parties are not allowed here.
Violations, in particular a report of disturbance by El Gouna Security, may mean that we have to end your stay - however, a refund of the rental price is then not possible.
- Quiet Hours
10 pm - 7 am
Should there be any noise disturbance, El Gouna Security reserves the right to cut off the electricity.

Garbage & Dishes
Garbage must be put in the outdoor bin (green) in front of the house upon departure.
Dishes should be washed and no leftovers should be left in the house.

Utilities
Average consumption of electricity and water is included.
If the average daily consumption is exorbitantly exceeded, deductions may be made from the deposit.
Please do not forget to turn off all air conditioning and lights once you are out.

Safety!
Please ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the property.
